Successful Management Buyout

We have some news! Storm Tempest has completed a successful management buyout and has new (but very familiar) owners, Managing Director Simon Scurfield, Directors Richard Reed and David Stilling sharing more than 50 years’ experience at Storm Tempest.

Simon Scurfield comments: “I am pleased that the future of the company is assured. I am confident with our strong management structure we will continue to flourish as a well-respected property consultancy. This is a hugely exciting time as the business continues to grow, we are setting our future plans giving reassurance to our clients there will be no major changes to the service provision and the organisation will continue to deliver high quality building consultancy support’’.

Storm Tempest have recently marked their 18th year of trading and now employ 22 staff working out of our two offices in the Northeast and Northwest.
