Fire Safety Compliance
Storm tempest have been providing fire risk consultancy services nationally for over 18 years helping clients to comply with Fire Safety Law in England and Wales (Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005).
The Fire Safety Order (FSO) applies to all non-domestic premises in England and Wales. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 came into effect in October 2006 replacing over 70 pieces of fire safety law (now amended by the Fire Safety Act 2021). The order applies to common parts of blocks of flats and houses in multiple occupation (HMOs).
We are certified under the BAFE SP205 company scheme and our practitioners are FRACS certified assessors possessing a huge breadth of knowledge and experience in fire safety. We provide our services to a range of different clients / sectors including social housing, commercial premises, and new-build developments.
