At Storm Tempest we have a team of qualified Domestic Energy Assessors, Retrofit Assessors and Retrofit Coordinators, we are accredited through Elmhurt Energy and are TrustMark Registered.

Energy Appraisals

Our surveyors are experienced in undertaking energy assessments and have extensive knowledge of both SAP and Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES). We undertake stock options appraisals, energy audits and data cleansing.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

Our team of Domestic Energy Assessors produce Energy Performance Certificates for clients via Elmhurst Energy RdSAP.

PAS 2035

All the Retrofit work we undertake our clients’ projects to achieve full compliance with PAS 2035. We offer the following roles;
